Chili Cheese Bread Poppers

Chili cheese bread poppers is an easy bread recipe which can be prepared in just 5 minutes and you will only need a couple of ingredients.

Ingredients
  

BREAD POPPERS

  • 2 slice Bread
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Chili flakes

CHEESE CREAM

  • tbsp Butter
  • tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
  • cup Milk
  • 2 slice Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander

Instructions
 

BREAD POPPERS

  • Take 2 slices of bread and cut them into small cubes.
  • In a pan, dry roast these bread cubes for 4-5 minutes until they are crispy. Keep aside.
  • Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil and fry ginger garlic paste until aromatic.
  • Add oregano, chili flakes, black pepper as per taste and roasted bread cubes in it and mix well.
  • Keep it aside in the bowl.

CHEESE CREAM

  • In a pan, heat 1½ tbsp of butter.
  • Add 1½ tbsp of all-purpose flour (maida) and stir continuously for a minute.
  • Pour 1½ cup of milk little by little while stirring continuously with a whisk.
  • Add 2 slice of cheese and mix well.
  • Reduce the flame to low and continue stirring until the mixture starts to thicken.
  • Add 1 tbsp of chili flakes, 1 of oregano, a pinch of black pepper and salt. Mix well.
  • Now, pour this cheese cream on the roasted bread and garnish with fresh coriander.
  • Your Cheesy chili bread poppers are ready to serve.
