The most expensive caviar comes from the “Almas” eggs of the Iranian Beluga fish. These fish have a lifespan of 60-100 years old. They are found in the Caspian Sea.
Their eggs are so rare they cost around $34,500. Guinness book of world records has also addressed it as the most expensive Cassiar.
