Today, I have bought a healthy grilled sandwich recipe for you all. During this pandemic since we all are at our homes making and eating all types for food, doing no workouts, and gaining a few inches. So today I will share my personal favorite recipe which is healthy yet too delicious and easy to cook. Here we go:

Ingredients
- Brown Bread
- Veeba sandwich sauce
- Veeba Mint Sauce
- Green chili sauce
- Mustard sauce
- Chili Origano Sauce
- Onions
- Spring Onions
- Lettuce Leaves
- Carrots
- Green Olives
- Cottage Cheese
- Capsicums (red, yellow, green)
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Coriander leaves
- Chaat masala
- Cheese Slices
Instructions
- Take brown bread slices and spread sandwich sauce over it.
- Now we will add the veggies like onions, spring onions, lettuce leaves, carrots and green olives.
- Add slices of cottage cheese/ paneer. Add capsicum, cucumber, tomatoes and corriander leaves.
- Now add 1 tbsp of sandwich sauce, mint sauce, green chili sauce, mustard sauce, and chili origano sauce of each sauce.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and add ½ slice of cheese.
- Now cover with other bread slice. Grill the sandwich.
- Your sandwich is ready to serve.
