Billy Barty
Born as William John Bertanzetti was a renowned American actor and suffered from cartilage–hair hypoplasia dwarfism in which dwarfism is caused due to skeletal dysplasia, a variable level of immunodeficiency, and predisposition to cancer.

Mr. Barty appeared in his first Hollywood film at the age of 3 and performed radio television and broadway. He is known for portraying characters ‘Wizard’ in Willow, A German spy in ‘Under the Rainbow’, and a suspected stalker in ‘Foul Play’. In the late 20’s and early 30’s, he played Mickey Rooney’s kid brother in a series of comedy shorts. He later had several television appearances, including his own children’s show, ”Billy Barty’s Big Show,”
