Kimchi Quesadilla
This dish came from Mexican-Korean fusion and is special across the USA. It is a fermented vegetable side dish, with cheese and other veggies in this unique style.
How to prepare it:
- Slice Kimchi in small pieces, and cook it in butter on a medium flame, and leave it for cooling.
- Add the kimchi, cheese, and sesame seeds in a taco and fold it in half.
- Fry the quesadilla from both sides for 2 minutes.
- Add it in taco and garnish with spring onion, and serve it with mint sauce.
