Ingredients
MARINARA SAUCE PASTA
- 2 cup Pasta (boiled)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Yellow or red bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Corns (boiled)
- 2 tbsp Pizza-pasta sauce
- ¼ cup Water
- ¼ tbsp Oregano
- ¼ tbsp Chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Cheese
ALFREDO SAUCE PASTA
- 2 cup Pasta (boiled)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Yellow or red bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Corns (boiled)
- 2 tbsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1½ tbsp Butter
- 1½ tbsp All-purpose flour (maida)
- 1½ cup Milk
- ¼ tbsp Chili flakes
- ¼ tbsp Oregano
PINK SAUCE PASTA
- 2 cup Pasta
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Yellow or red bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Corns (boiled)
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1½ tbsp Butter
- 1½ tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
- 1½ cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- ¼ tbsp Chili flakes
- ¼ tbsp Oregano
Instructions
PREPARATION
- In a large pot, bring water to boil. Cook pasta with salt and 1 tbsp of olive oil until al dente (just cooked).
- Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
HOW TO MAKE MARINARA SAUCE PASTA
- Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil and fry ginger garlic paste until aromatic.
- Add onions and saute until golden.
- Now, add all the other veggies (tomatoes, capsicum, bell pepper, corn, carrot) and saute for a minute.
- Pour 2 tbsp of pizza-pasta sauce.
- Add ¼ cup of water. Close the lid of the pan and let it look for a minute.
- Off the stove and add the pasta. Toss well until mixed.
- Garnish with oregano, chili flakes and cheese.
- Serve hot pasta in red sauce.
HOW TO MAKE ALFREDO SAUCE PASTA
- Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil and fry ginger garlic paste until aromatic.
- Add onions and saute until golden.
- Now, add all the other veggies (capsicum, bell pepper, corn, carrot) and saute for a minute.
- Add salt as per taste, 1 tbsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp of ketchup, and saute for a minute.
- Keep aside these cooked veggies in a bowl.
- In a pan, heat 3 tbsp of butter.
- Add 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour (maida) and stir continuously for a minute.
- Pour 3 cup of milk little by little while stirring continuously with a whisk.
- Reduce the flame to low and continue stirring until the mixture starts to thicken.
- Add ¼ tbsp of chili flakes, ¼ of oregano, a pinch of black pepper and salt. Mix well.
- Add 2 cup boiled penne pasta and cooked veggies in the white sauce and mix well.
- Transfer it to a serving plate. White sauce is ready to serve.
HOW TO MAKE PINK SAUCE PASTA
- Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil and fry ginger garlic paste until aromatic.
- Add onions and saute until golden.
- Pour 1 cup of tomato puree and let it cook for a minute.
- Add 1 tbsp of red chili powder and salt per taste. Mix well.
- Now, add all the other veggies (capsicum, bell pepper, corn, carrot) and saute for a minute.
- Add 2 cup penne pasta and mix well.
- Now, pour white sauce (you have prepared in white sauce pasta) and mix well.
- Add ¼ tbsp of oregano and ¼ tbsp of chili flakes to it.
- Pink sauce pasta is ready to serve.
