Pasta Recipes That Will Have You Reaching For Seconds

G​rab your favorite pasta and transform it with sauces, spices, and add-ins to create a meal that everyone in your family will enjoy.

It’s hard to find someone who doesn’t like pasta. Whatever the shape — bowtie, rigatoni, or penne — or sauce — alfredo, marinara, or pesto — you simply can’t resist a delicious pasta dish. It fills you up and usually leaves you with some leftovers. These pasta recipes will say “Goodbye!” to boring and show you fun, new ways to elevate your favorite pasta dishes.

Indian style three different Pasta recipes

Healthy and delicious kid's friendly pasta that can be made for after school meal or dinner. You can easily make pasta at home and I'm sure your family will love it.

Ingredients
  

MARINARA SAUCE PASTA

  • 2 cup Pasta (boiled)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Yellow or red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Corns (boiled)
  • 2 tbsp Pizza-pasta sauce
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ¼ tbsp Oregano
  • ¼ tbsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Cheese

ALFREDO SAUCE PASTA

  • 2 cup Pasta (boiled)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Yellow or red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Corns (boiled)
  • 2 tbsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1½ tbsp Butter
  • 1½ tbsp All-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1½ cup Milk
  • ¼ tbsp Chili flakes
  • ¼ tbsp Oregano

PINK SAUCE PASTA

  • 2 cup Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Yellow or red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Corns (boiled)
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1½ tbsp Butter
  • 1½ tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1½ cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • ¼ tbsp Chili flakes
  • ¼ tbsp Oregano

Instructions
 

PREPARATION

  • In a large pot, bring water to boil. Cook pasta with salt and 1 tbsp of olive oil until al dente (just cooked).
  • Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

HOW TO MAKE MARINARA SAUCE PASTA

  • Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil and fry ginger garlic paste until aromatic.
  • Add onions and saute until golden.
  • Now, add all the other veggies (tomatoes, capsicum, bell pepper, corn, carrot) and saute for a minute.
  • Pour 2 tbsp of pizza-pasta sauce.
  • Add ¼ cup of water. Close the lid of the pan and let it look for a minute.
  • Off the stove and add the pasta. Toss well until mixed.
  • Garnish with oregano, chili flakes and cheese.
  • Serve hot pasta in red sauce.

HOW TO MAKE ALFREDO SAUCE PASTA

  • Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil and fry ginger garlic paste until aromatic.
  • Add onions and saute until golden.
  • Now, add all the other veggies (capsicum, bell pepper, corn, carrot) and saute for a minute.
  • Add salt as per taste, 1 tbsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp of ketchup, and saute for a minute.
  • Keep aside these cooked veggies in a bowl.
  • In a pan, heat 3 tbsp of butter.
  • Add 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour (maida) and stir continuously for a minute.
  • Pour 3 cup of milk little by little while stirring continuously with a whisk.
  • Reduce the flame to low and continue stirring until the mixture starts to thicken.
  • Add ¼ tbsp of chili flakes, ¼ of oregano, a pinch of black pepper and salt. Mix well.
  • Add 2 cup boiled penne pasta and cooked veggies in the white sauce and mix well.
  • Transfer it to a serving plate. White sauce is ready to serve.

HOW TO MAKE PINK SAUCE PASTA

  • Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil and fry ginger garlic paste until aromatic.
  • Add onions and saute until golden.
  • Pour 1 cup of tomato puree and let it cook for a minute.
  • Add 1 tbsp of red chili powder and salt per taste. Mix well.
  • Now, add all the other veggies (capsicum, bell pepper, corn, carrot) and saute for a minute.
  • Add 2 cup penne pasta and mix well.
  • Now, pour white sauce (you have prepared in white sauce pasta) and mix well.
  • Add ¼ tbsp of oregano and ¼ tbsp of chili flakes to it.
  • Pink sauce pasta is ready to serve.
