Falafel Scotch Eggs
This is an unexpected duo that is incredible and healthy. You can make it in the marinade and the sauce. This dish is endlessly delicious.
How to prepare it:
- Boil the eggs, and put them in cool water and peel it over.
- Fry the peeled eggs with onion and garlic by putting the oil in the pan.
- Add the chickpeas, finely chopped coriander, and stir in the breadcrumbs, flour, and final egg (beaten first with a fork, and a good amount of seasoning).
- Add a couple of eggs at a time and fry until it becomes golden and crisp.
- Take them out and soak the oil Season with a little more salt and eat warm or cold.
