Sushi Burrito
Sushi Burrito was not known earlier but we are happy that this delicious dish became a thing. A simple recipe exists which we can make at home. Wrapped and stuffed with classic sushi rice, guacamole, chicken (optional), and a few veggies.

How to prepare it:
- Put the rice in a pot, cover with water, and put on a lid. And let the rice steamed at medium heat for 10 -15 mins.
- Stir in the vinegar, then let them get cool completely.
- Marinate cucumber, soya, and carrot.
- Spread the sushi mat, and place the rice and the veggies over it, and add some sauces, ginger, lime juice. Damp the top with a little water, fold in both sides of the sushi mat.
- Wrap in foil, slice it, and serve.
