Shrimp Fried Rice

Fried rice is a dish that can never go wrong. The only somewhat hard part is to remember that we need to cook the rice at least a day before or a few hours earlier, as the key to make them perfect is to make sure the rice has no moisture.
How to prepare it:
- Toss shrimp with salt, pepper, cornstarch in a bowl and leave it for ten minutes at room temperature.
- Take a pan, put oil and heat the shrimp and egg in it.
- Then add some veggies and sauces.
- Add the pre-cooked rice and stir it, and serve with some coriander garnish over it.
